I've had mine for several months now, baking an average of two 2-lb loaves each week for a household of 2 adults. I buy the Pamela's gluten-free bread mix by the case with Amazon's Subscribe & Save program so I never run out of supplies. Even my gluten-loving husband loves this bread.

Customer Review: This is my second machine in a month...not new plus defective

I liked this machine cause it looked good in my kitchen and made pretty good bread. Problem is, I had to return the first one because it 1) was a refurbished with dents...not new as advertised from Target and 2)the bread pan only came out with extreme difficulty. So I returned the first unit, bought the second unit and it is also refurbished (not new) and this time I can't even get the bread pan out no matter how hard I try! So I'm sending it back and going with a Zojirushi...I need something that actually works. Those who got a breadmachine that works are probably the lucky one's. BEWARE when you buy this unit. The quality control is definitely lacking.

I purchased my first Breadman TR875 in January 2009 and used it quite a bit until the gears or bearings wore out in December 2009. I am not impressed with it's longevity, but this machine makes such good bread that I bought a second one and hope it will last a little longer. I make a loaf of bread every other day and it always comes out perfect. I set a timer to pull the paddle out before the bread starts to bake so there isn't a big hole in the bottom. If I only get a year out of this second machine I may have to upgrade to the next level of bread machines, but for now this one does the job.Customer Review: Great first machine, very happy with it

After reading multiple reviews I chose this machine. I love it. I have never made bread before and this is an easy way to get started. My only complaint is that the manual comes with very limited set of recipes. I bought another book 'the bread lover's bible which has 300 recipes and now i make one every weekend. the machine looks attractive on my counter, small enough next to the microwave. i think its key to keep it up on the counter so you feel like using it often. I have purchased this item for my daughter for Christmas, so I don't know how well it works. I will say, however, that I had a problem before I ordered this product and Amazon responded immediately and in a most professional and consumer friendly manner. In the meantime, I checked out the price on line and in my local stores and found that Amazon had the best price on this item. I ordered it as soon as I heard from Amazon, it arrived in a most timely manner and in wonderful condition. I am very excited to have my daughter try it. I then ordered the rest of my Christmas list on Amazon and had the same fine results.
